Terms of service

These are provisional terms while 24c is in preview. They describe the service as it works today and will be reviewed before a wider release.
The service
24c draws weather and calendar dials for watches and the web. Some features need an account, a connected calendar, a subscription or a compatible device. We may change, pause or withdraw features as the service develops.
Accounts
Keep your sign-in details secure and tell us if you think someone else has access to your account. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to enter into these terms.
Your content and calendars
You keep ownership of your calendar data and anything you add to 24c. You give us permission to process it to provide the service, including reading connected calendars and drawing your dials. Do not connect a calendar you are not allowed to use.
Acceptable use
- Do not use 24c to break the law or infringe someone else’s rights.
- Do not try to disrupt, overload or reverse-engineer the service beyond what the law allows.
- Do not share read tokens or use the service to attack or scrape another service.
Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed through our payment processor. Prices, renewal periods and cancellation terms are shown when you subscribe. Unless the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable; you can cancel future renewals from your account.
Weather and calendar information
24c is an aid for reading the day, not a safety-critical service. Forecasts can be wrong, and calendar data can be incomplete or delayed. Do not rely on 24c alone for decisions where safety, money or legal obligations are at stake.
Availability
We aim to keep 24c running, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance, upstream outages and network problems can interrupt it.
Our content
The 24c name, dial designs, code and site content belong to us or our licensors. These terms do not give you permission to copy or redistribute them except as the service allows.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, 24c is provided “as is” and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost data, or decisions made from a forecast or calendar display. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Ending use
You can stop using 24c at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms, if required by law, or if we stop offering the service. We will handle stored data as described in the privacy policy.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service changes. The date at the top says when they last changed. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
